Veel standaardproducten van NMC kunnen in een of merdere lamineringsprocessen op het desbetreffende inzetgebied aangepast worden. Of schuim op schuim, lamineren met substraten, horizontaal of verticaal, inline of offline – alles is mogelijk.
NMC has a number of patents when it comes to the application of hotmelt and adhesive tape on foam profiles and foils. We are able to apply protective foams to finished paint which, when removed, leaves no sticky residue whatsoever.
Your brand is in the spotlight! We imprint our products with your logo or other useful information. Furthermore, we customize writing on products in order to allow the traceability of your products.
CNC-gestuurde waterstraal- snijinstallaties maken het voor ons aan de ene kant mogelijk met hoge nauwkeurigheid – bij tot en met 4000 bar waterdruk en 0,2mm grote nozzles – te snijden. Aan de andere kant maakt de CNC-technologie een hoge flexibiliteit van de productie mogelijk en een optimale onderverdeling van de sneed voor een vermindering van de snijafval.
